Lorraine Pettit - Costume Shop Manager UAF (resume page here) has worked in both theatre costuming and industrial sewing for more years than she cares to count. In her varied sewing career she has been costume shop manager at UAF for 6 years, College of Marin for 4 years, a pattern drafter and sample seamstress for Folkwear Patterns (when it was in San Rafael, CA) assistant manager for Alterations to Go in Larkspur, CA, and sample seamstress for Christie's Leather among many other jobs. Lorraine does, beadwork, custom sewing and pattern drafting and is now learning jewelry design and fabrication in addition to all these great projects you see below: |
